My name is Ruki Panjwani (she/her), and I am a lecensed professional counselor associate practicing under the supervision of Toni La’Zurs, LPC-S. I provide compassionate support to individuals, couples, and families through both in-person and virtual sessions from Houston, TX. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, a CACREP-accredited program with a strong psychodynamic focus.

My credentials include certification as a Certified Trauma Practitioner (CTP), specialization as a neurodivergent expert, and advanced training as a Level Two PET-C practitioner (Pragmatic Experiential Therapy for Couples). I am also trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and certified as a Martha Beck Life Coach. Beyond my professional training, I am a wife, a South Asian woman, a parent to neurodivergent children, and a second-generation immigrant. These lived experiences enrich my understanding and inform my sensitivity to the unique relational and cultural histories that shape each client’s journey.
